Everything a team actually uses
No bloat, no features you'll never touch — just the tools admins and players need to run a season.
Communities & join codes
Admins create a community and get a unique join code. Players enter it to request access — no spreadsheets, no guesswork.
Join request approvals
Every request lands in the admin dashboard for a quick approve or deny, so admins control exactly who's on the roster.
Team channels
Create topic-based group chats — by squad, by team, by drill — and choose exactly who's in each one.
Direct messages
Real-time 1:1 chat between any two members of the community, right alongside team channels.
Announcements with RSVP
Post updates and drills to the whole team, with optional Going / Can't Make It responses and live headcounts.
Requests & tasks
Assign attendance confirmations, file uploads, payment reminders, or video submissions — with due dates and urgency flags.
Reservations & booking
Book any bookable object with a live availability grid and waitlist. Admins set the rules — capacity, booking caps, and cancellation windows.
Admin dashboard
See member counts, channels, and posts at a glance, manage your roster, and rename your community in one place.
iOS & Android
One app for iOS and Android — the same experience, wherever your team is.
From sign-up to game day in three steps
Aathlon is built around the same admin-and-roster workflow your team already uses — just faster.
Admin creates a community
Sign up, create your community, and get a unique join code to share with your players — no manual roster building.
Players join with the code
Players sign up, enter the join code, and submit a request. The admin approves or denies it from the admin dashboard.
Organize your team under one app — not 5
Set up channels, post announcements with RSVPs, send requests with due dates, manage bookings, and message players directly — all in real time.
Why teams choose Aathlon
It's not another social feed — it's the operating system for an admin's roster.
One home base, not five apps
Chat, announcements, RSVPs, and tasks live in the same place — no more piecing a season together across texts, email, and spreadsheets.
Built around real roles
Admins get full control — join-request approvals, broadcast tools, and booking rules. Players get a clean feed of what matters to them.
Real-time by default
Messages, channels, announcements, and bookings update live, so nobody's refreshing to see if practice moved or a spot's still open.
Approval-first roster control
Nobody joins a community without the admin saying yes — join codes plus a request queue keep the roster exactly who it should be.

Aathlon is free to sign up for and use as a player or admin. Create a community, join one with a code, and start using channels, announcements, requests, and bookings right away.
Yes. Aathlon is one app for both iOS and Android, so admins and players get the same experience regardless of device.
Any player can request admin access from their Profile tab, or by using the "Request Admin Access" form on this site. Requests are reviewed before an account is upgraded to an admin role.
When an admin creates a community, they get a unique join code. Players enter that code to submit a join request, which the admin then approves or denies from their admin dashboard.
Right now, a player's account belongs to one community at a time. Support for belonging to multiple communities at once is on our roadmap.
Yes. Players book any object a community offers from a live availability grid, join a waitlist when a time is full, and get notified if a spot opens up. Admins set the rules for each community — booking caps, operating hours, approval requirements, and cancellation windows.
