Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Aathlon ("the App"). By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the App.

Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You're responsible for all activity that happens under your account, including when it's shared between multiple people or devices. You must be at least 13 years old to use Aathlon.

Communities and Roles

The App organizes users into communities. A community's admin is responsible for approving join requests and setting the rules that apply within their community, including booking rules for reservations. Admins cannot see or change your account outside of the communities you've joined.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Aathlon to:

• Post content that is illegal, harassing, threatening, or abusive
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with a community
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to another user's account or another community's data
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's normal operation

Admins and community members are responsible for the content they post in channels, direct messages, and announcements. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

User-Generated Content

You retain ownership of the messages, posts, and other content you submit to Aathlon. By posting content, you grant us a license to store, display, and transmit that content as needed to operate the App — for example, showing your posts to other members of your community.

Bookings and Reservations

Reservations for any bookable object are governed by the rules each community's admin sets — including booking caps, operating hours, approval requirements, and cancellation windows. Once a cancellation window has passed, a booking may be locked and can no longer be cancelled through the App. Admins may book, reschedule, or cancel reservations on behalf of members of their own community.

Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time from the App. We may suspend or terminate your account if we believe you've violated these Terms. An admin leaving a community they manage must either transfer ownership to another member or dissolve the community.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Aathlon is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aathlon and its founders are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including disputes between community members or admins.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Aathlon is operated, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. [Jurisdiction to be finalized.]

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll notify you of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, through an in-app notice.
