Welcome to Aathlon! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Aathlon mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the "App"). By creating an account or using Aathlon, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Account Creation and Security

• Eligibility: You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction) to use Aathlon.
• Account Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials (including Google Sign-In or passwords). You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• Accuracy: You agree to provide accurate and current information when creating your account and setting up your profile.

2. Community Rules and Conduct

Aathlon allows users to create and join communities, send messages, make posts, and book resources/objects. You agree not to use the App to:

• Post or transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or invasive of another's privacy.
• Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state your affiliation with a person or entity.
• Upload malware, malicious code, or attempt to compromise the security, infrastructure, or source code of Aathlon.
• Disrupt or interfere with the operation of the App or other users' enjoyment of community spaces and bookings.

3. Community Admin Responsibilities

If you create or act as an administrator ("Admin") for a community within Aathlon, you are responsible for managing your community's members, setting booking/reservation rules, and moderating content.

Aathlon provides the platform infrastructure only. We are not responsible for the internal disputes, rule enforcement, or management decisions made by community admins.

4. Reservations and Bookings

Aathlon facilitates booking and reservation management for community resources or objects.

We do not guarantee the availability, condition, or safety of any objects or resources booked through the platform. Any agreements or disputes regarding reservations are strictly between the users and the community management.

5. Intellectual Property

• Our Rights: The Aathlon app, including its design, source code, branding, logos, and features, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the App for personal or community management purposes.
• User Content: You retain ownership of the messages, posts, and media you submit to the App ("User Content"). By posting content, you grant Aathlon a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, and display your content solely as necessary to operate and provide the App's features.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to Aathlon at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms, harms other users, or creates legal liability for us.

You may stop using the App and request account deletion at any time through your account settings or by contacting support.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Aathlon is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any defects will be corrected.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aathlon and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of your use of or inability to use the App, or from any community interactions, bookings, or data loss.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you via an in-app notice or by updating the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
